Ab Exercises at Your Desk

Here it is, ladies:


Another option, and one I'm currently utilizing is a resistance band. I place it around the back of my chair and then push my arms forward (like punching with both arms while holding the bands)

If you don't have both hands free, it might be worth using a small hand weight on one arm at a time as well.

As always, whatever you choose to do.. just do it! :)
